The class consists of center floor work and across the floor combinations and steps with emphasis on rhythm, style, coordination and sounds. The metal taps on the bottoms of the heels and toes of the shoes are used to make percussion sounds and rhythms. As students progress, increasing emphasis will be placed on the clarity of sounds, speed, intricacy, percussion and execution of movements. (Ages 6-18)
Jazz is an energetic and fun dance style consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps, and quick turns. This class combines technique, flexibility, body isolations and placement along with a wide variety of steps and combinations. This class appeals to the students that Like a faster paced rhythm. (Ages 6-18)
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. In each class students will learn balance, grace, elegance, technique, discipline, flexibility, stamina, endurance and rhythm through barre work and basic ballet movements. Progress is made gradually, requiring repetition of basics and introduction of new steps to develop strength, correct alignment, technique and musicality. (Ages 6-18)
Lyrical is a dance style that combines the elements of ballet, modern and jazz techniques. Dancers use the lyrics of a song to inspire them to do certain movements or show expression through the connection of a song. (Ages 6-18)
Pointe is one of the major components of classical ballet, where the weight of the dancer is supported by the tips of the feet, appearing poised, graceful, and weightless. Pre-pointe classes must be taken to ensure proper body alignment and the strengthening of abdominal muscles, and ankles before moving into pointe shoes. (Ages 12-18) *With instructor approval
MUSICAL THEATRE CLASSES
Musical Theatre class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows. Class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with Broadway style jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations.(Ages 6-18)

This skill based class focuses on developing strength, flexibility and body awareness. Tumbling skills will be mastered including rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, walkovers, handsprings, tucks, ariels, etc. (Ages 3-18)
Learn all of the fundamentals of cheerleading. Cheers, Motions, Dance, Jumps, Kicks, Voice Projection, stunting and Tumbling. This class will focus on proper cheer technique with an emphasis on cheer dance. This is not a competition cheer class but could be considered with enough interest.
Acro, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength. (Ages 3-18)
These class are hour long classes designed to start teaching the foundation of each dance style and allow the students to start trying dance styles. As they explore their love for dance in our fun dance atmosphere, they will be learning proper technique and class etiquette to prepare them for our older and more advanced classes.

MOMMY & ME CLASSES
This is an introduction class into exploring creative song, dance & tumbling. This class develops students basic motor skills, rhythm, balance, coordination and flexibility, and enhances each child's imagination and their ability to follow directions, take turns, and socialize. Mom, Dad or Grandparent assists the child through this 30min class. (Ages 18months-4years)
CARDIO DRUMMING CLASSES
Using just drumsticks and a yoga ball, Cardio drumming will raise your heart rate and help you burn hundreds of calories, improve your coordination and ability to focus, and help strengthen many muscle groups, including your core. COME DRUM AWAY THE POUNDS!
