Amber Foulk- Owner/Instructor

My name is Amber Foulk and I am a mother of 5, and a 2005 Bellefontaine High School graduate. I was a cheerleader for 5 years and took dance and tumbling classes at Liles School of Dance in Bellefontaine for 14 years. I have helped with Little Chiefs and Junior Chiefs for 6 years and have choreographed their dance routines. After graduating I became the choreographer for Team Spirit cheer team where I met my former dance partner and together we opened a dance studio in Bellefontaine in 2009. I have owned and operated Dance Fuzion Studio in Bellefontaine for 10 years now, starting our 11th season. I continue my dance education by attending master dance classes at the Dance Teacher Summit NYC or Long Beach every summer with top choreographers like Bob Rizzo, Greg Russell, Mandy Moore, Wade Robson and the late Frank Hatchett. I have recieved certification in Acrobatic arts as well as the Dance Teacher University through UNLV. I have taken my students to perform at Disneyland, Disney World, ABC Christmas Parade, Orange Bowl Halftime with GooGoo Dolls and Train, on Royal Caribbean Cruiselines, Harlem Globetrotters Halftime and many regional and National Dance Competitions. I believe that dance teaches self discipline and boost self confidence. I love being a dance teacher because I get to share my love of dance with others and inspire them to follow their dreams.

RACHELLE HEYDINGER- INSTRUCTOR


Rachelle Heydinger started her competitive dance career at the age of two. She spent the next 15 years traveling to numerous dance competitions competing in dance styles ranging from jazz, tap, hiphop, lyrical, and modern. She learned from many dancers from the industry in conventions and as guest teachers in her dance studio. At the age of 13 she was chosen out of thousands of girls to attend the beginners workshop in New York City. She traveled to spend a week amoungst the top dancers. She learned routines and performed a monologue on the off broadway stage in front of many talent agents. She then was asked back for another mini session with Peter Sklar would founded Reese Witherspoon and Misha Barton along with many others. She continued dancing winning many titles and traveling out of state for nationals. She traveled as a dance teacher to the Dance Teacher Summit in New York City to further her teaching ability while learning from top performers. This is her 6th season with Dance Fuzion! Her routines through the years have won countless awards including being chosen to perform in New York City. She hopes to provide your children with dance knowledge while having fun! She can't wait to meet all the new students!

ABBY GERDING-INSTRUCTOR


Hi my name is Abby Gerding and I started teaching with Dance Fuzion Studio in 2017. My motto is dance with your heart and the rest will follow. I have a combined 19 qualified years of teaching throughout Ohio. I started my dancing journey at the age of 3 with Dancers Elite School of Dance where my DEA certified instilled the love of dance in me. I studied ballet, Pointe, tap, jazz, and was a part of Dancers Elite dance line. I interned under Miss Debbie where I was a student assistant and substitute teacher. After five years of learning from my mentor I became a lead teacher at Rhythm in Motion Dance Centre where I also continued interning under Darcey Schneider who also is DEA certified and took classes from Al Gilbert. While at RIMDC I sat in on many classes with amazing instructors that are currently performing and lead choreographers on Broadway. I still speak work them asking for inspiration on quality teaching. I am constantly inspired to see how I can improve with my hands on teaching style. Teaching little ones correct terminology and technique is part of my life's passion that allows dancers to grow in a safe nurtured environment.

EMILY STONE- INSTRUCTOR


Emily Stone was born and raised in Bellefontaine Ohio. She attended Urbana University where she did cheerleading for 4 years and graduated with a bachelors degree in early childhood education. Emily competed in baton twirling for 18 years and won many gold metals and world championships. She had coached high school and middle school cheerleading at Indian lake schools and runs the little laker cheerleading program for the past 15 years. Through coaching she has been certified in concussion training and has a sports pupil license. Emily works for Bellefontaine head start teaching 3-5 year olds. She lives in Bellefontaine with her husband and 3 beautiful children. Emily is teaching tumbling, cheer and cardio drumming this fall at Dance Fuzion Studio.

ABBEY BELL- INSTRUCTOR

 

Abbey was raised in Kenton, OH where she spent a big majority of her life dancing, cheering and tumbling. She started her dance career at the age of two, rounding out to fifteen years of dance. Within those fifteen years, she danced competitively for five years, took tumbling classes for ten years and became a student teacher at the age of thirteen. She’s had the pleasure of winning multiple gold awards and first places at competitions all over the Columbus area with Dance Fuzion Studio. Abbey was invited to attend a dancers workshop in New York City and an all-exclusive dancers magazine/workshop in Hollywood. She cheered her way all through school, taking tumbling classes to advance herself both in the cheer world and as a student teacher. She was named an All-American Cheerleader in 2014 and had the chance to travel to London to be apart of the New Year’s Day parade. Recently, as a dance/tumbling teacher she traveled to Indiana to obtain a certification in Acro Dance. Acro is new to Dance Fuzion this year, with two years experience of traveling to compete Acro and with this new certification, Abbey is excited to bring this new genre of dance to DFS. This will be her third year of teaching with Dance Fuzion and she can’t wait to share her passion of dance, tumbling and cheer with students at DFS. She is now a mother to a beautiful baby girl and will be attending Rhodes State College to obtain a degree in Business Administration.

CHEYENNE MCCANTS- INSTRUCTOR

My name is Cheyenne (Chey) and I’ve been dancing for 16 years. I started dancing at Dance Fuzion in 2009 and have been there since. I have taken classes for lyrical, ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop, being my main technical studies. I competed for 7 years earning many first over all's in solos and group dances.  I was leader of our dance team when we attended Disney World to dance in the downtown parade in 2012, 2014 and again in 2018 and The Orange bowl half time performance that was nationally aired. I continue to take classes continuing my love for dance.  I am currently aspiring to be a real estate agent while raising my new born daughter. My goal is to pass on my knowledge of dance while instilling the love for dance into your child. I'm proud to be a dance teacher and more importantly a role model for your little ONES.

BOBBY GAVIN- INSTRUCTOR

 

I was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. I started dancing when I was little due to my love of music and watching all the old people I was raised by getting down to Motown and Chuck berry. I dance at talent shows and performances around Tallahassee when I while I was in high school and college. In my free time I like to listen to music, read and play football. My goals in a dance career is to help children enjoy the love of music more and express it through dance. My type of dance is a blend of down south moves with a twist of west coast Cali swag and east coast hype. I love the fluidity of moves from the Motown era and Micheal Jackson so I include that into a uptempo groove.

MEGHAN WILLIAMS- OFFICE MANAGER/MARKETING DIRECTOR

MEGHAN GREW UP in NORTHEST OHIO, AND RECIEVED A DREGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE FROM BOWLING GREEN. SHE MOVED TO THE AREA IN 2006, WHERE SHE WORKED IN THE it INDUSTRY FOR 13 YEARS. SHE HAS BEEN MARRIED TO HER HUSBAND JUSTIN SINCE 2007, AND TOGETHER THEY HAVE TWO GIRLS WHO BOTH DANCE. IN HER SPARE TIME SHE ENJOYS CRAFTING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND PLAYING WITH HER TWO DOGS.
